This game is worth the effort to get hold of. Plenty of fun and good exercise as well. Would have liked a few more games but isn't that always the way. All the ones there are are good fun.

My daughter (13 years) thinks the Wii is really good fun for all ages. She felt it was a bit long winded with all the tips but once the activities part gets underway, she had a great time with it. She liked being able to bring down the body age by working through the tasks. She enjoyed the relaxing yoga session.

Despite my first impression the Wii fit is something that lasts and keeps the family's interest. Our use of the Wii fit ranges from me using it to top up my exercise when I don't get to the gym, to the whole family having hula hoop competitions.

Great fun.

A really good game. Lots of people will question its effectiveness as a fitness tool but I think that all you need is there for you to make it work, from a toning and conditioning perspective at least. There are lots of muscle and yoga workouts and the excellent thing is the wii fit will show you your balance on screen which encourages you to really work hard at them. As a busy mum who doesn't have the time or opportunity to go out to the gym or to classes the wii fit is a happy compromise.

an excellent game. all can play and get fit .an interactive game this is much more enjoyable than the old games.i dont mind my children playing on this game as they can improve there score and are doing something more practical than playing on mindless games.
