Great family fun. Mat is suitable for even very young children to play. Kept my 3 and 5 year old entertained and fit.

The Wii Family Trainer comes with a mat to plug into your Wii. (A bit like a dance mat) The games are fun, some easier than others, but it is a great addition for children. My youngest is 4 and find it easier to join in some of the Wii games on this because its all done on the mat rather than having to move the controls. There is skipping, log jumping, rollercoast rides, and many more. Lots of short games to play. A good purchase for all the family to enjoy.
