We don't have a Wii (hence why I am entering a review in a bid to win one!) but at a friend's house our DS1 absolutely loved this game. He is star wars crazy and after a very basic lesson in how the controls work, he was away and playing like a pro. He quite literally, was playing this for over an hour, and from my very limited knowledge of gaming, this seemed to ignite his co-ordination skills and problem solving with his friend who is 7.

Brilliantly addictive, although at times the wii remote didn't respond as well as it should have. My son had this for the PS2 and we bought it for the wii when his PS2 broke. I don't know who spends more time playing it, him or me. The graphics are brilliant and gameplay is great. If you like Star Wars or Lego, you'll love this. Even if you don't like Star Wars you'll still love this game.

As my child is only 14 months, i bought this game for my husband at christmas with a couple of different coloured lightsabers to play with. Its a great escape, easy to pick up after not playing for a while, and as it follows the 6 films you know where you are and whats coming up next. The graphics are not quite what we are used to, but i would really reccomend this as great entertainment.

As a parent it's getting harder and harder to find a game that you're happy for your young ones to play. They are all blood-soaked, occult-ridden games that will encourge your young ones to turn into boy racers.

however, the lego star wars games that have been released in recent years well and truly break that mold. do you remember the fun of lego when you were growing up? breaking things, building things, puttin them back together? these games encorporate that as certain puzzles have to be built to be solved. The controls are easy to learn and the game itself is engaging, we've played this game with ages 5 to 35 with everyone enjoying their favorite star wars moments. lots of hidden items and puzzels as well as features like create your own charicter add to the playing life of the game. In fact the game is designed that you need to play each level at least twice once in story mode and again in freeplay. another aspect of this game is the obvious link to the lego toys, we worry about our children spending too much time with games consoles but this encourages our kids to carry on the fun and build thier imagination with the real toys. do you remember the fun of lego when you were growing up? this game opens up that fun to a whole new generation and gives us older fans a chance to play again.
