We had a great holiday, we had read some very mixed reviews before we went to this resort and so were pleasantly surprised when we got there. I would rate it as the best family holiday resort you could go to. Very clean hotel, our room was cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend paying the extra for a family den room as it means that you can shut their sliding doors every night for a bit of privacy - plus you also get a dvd/playstation with TV too - a must for the mornings and evenings. The umpteen pools were fantastic, fun entertainment to suit all the family and the evening kids club's are good fun too the odd night for a bit of kid free time! lol. We found the food choice to be very wide, we all like a wide variety of foods and that is what we found, the staff were clean and so was the eating area's. The only thing I think the children moaned about and that was the ice cream was only served once a day for an hour I think, if not less! The Pancake tents are great and the outside pizza ovens at lunch time - these also serve Jacket potatoes with fillings although there is no sign to say so, just ask. The themed restaurants were not great on atmosphere but they made a change. We had a turkish bath which was a great thing to do on your first day, the massage is also very good and you are treated like royalty. The market in the village is worth a trip although yu have to be brave to fend off the traders trying to get you to buy at every stall, we used english money as the pound was strong, but not sure how it will fair up this year - don't forget to haggle with the traders and avoid buying from the shops as the price's are double to the market. We went on the island boat tour with Sarigermie tours, it was a lovely, relaxing and fun day. Don't forget to take mozzy killers for the plugs in you room and remember your mozzy spay for you.
