Like the UK centreparcs, but much better value for money, and more of an adventure for the DCs as it involved a ferry journey and a different country.

The villas were clean and spacious, although there was no oven, only a hob in the kitchen. All executive villas have their own sauna, which we used every night. Breakfast was also delivered to the villa every day.

The park facilities were very good, with a pirate world for the kids being our favourite. The aquamundo was very good and clean and was a big hit, but I would've liked a lap pool so I could actually do some swimming rather than just mucking about.

The onsite shop was very well stocked, with a good range of foods and a bakery selling fresh bread, and reasonably priced (comparative with the local village shops)

Food outlets were also good, with home cooked food high on the list. The all you can eat buffet was very good value for money with lots of choice.

Kids activities were very good, and not too busy. It was the October holiday when we went and although the park was busy, it wasn't full.

All in all a very good choice and much better we thought that CP in the UK (it was less than half the price as well for the same October holiday week)

Very good. Villas very clean, site very tidy. Parc facilities very good, the kids loved the Aqua Mundo and the Pirate Experience. Good range of cafes and restaurants and the on-site shop was very well stocked with its own bakery supplying fresh bread daily, although we had fresh bread rolls and croissants delivered to our villa as part of our deal. The villa we stayed in had its own sauna which was lovely. The only downside was the fact that there were lots of smokers about (there were ashtrays at every hole on the crazy golf course) but there was no smoking allowed inside the main complex. The site was very quiet at night with no noise or rowdy behaviour. Most of the staff spoke English so communication wasn't a problem. They were also able to cater for my gluten free diet reasonably well.

Price-wise it was very reasonable. We went in the October half term and paid 700 euro for a full week compared to the £1400 quoted at any of the UK resorts. The overnight ferry trip there and back extended our holiday and our five year old son loved sleeping on the boat.

We're hoping to go again next February.
