We first stayed here in Dec 2004 and it was fantastic - the hotel felt qute luxurious and we were so impressed that we booked it again in 2006. The bedrooms on this occssion were a huge disappointment - very shabby and run down, although the public areas and pool were still very impressive. Great breakfasts. Kids loved the meet and greet sessions before and after breakfast with the characters. Nice walk round the lake to the parks and there is the Minnie Train too which you can pay for to take you round.
