Not great for the first few months as the fabric which is poppered in ended up all bunched up aroud DDs tummy. Now she is 10mo and 24lb and they are too small, can just about get the tabs done up. I've down-graded them for those reasons - not comfortable and not really birth to potty in my opinion.

I had been using the old-style Modern Baby nappy which was discontinued, and needed to buy the next size up. I decided to try the pop-in, which is a birth to potty nappy.

Positives: a lovely design, as the fabric is really soft. The nappy is really compact and not too bulky; for a newborn, the 'bulk' is mainly around the waist but it's not huge. They also look really cute. The fit on the legs is superb and they contain breastfed poo like no other nappy I've tried. Very easy to use.

Negatives: we've had a few wet leaks. However, this could be user error - it seemed to happen when the soaker lay to one side or was scrunched up. It also happened when baby was sat on my lap for a long time (so with legs parted). These are not frequent, and we've used the nappy at night, with very few disasters. The nappies take a while to dry - but that's bamboo nappies for you.

The other negative is that the colours are a bit insipid - but that's a matter of taste. I suppose they're natural colours!

These nappies are fantastic! I have been using reusables on my son (just turned 2 !) since birth and these are by far the best I've used (tried lots !). Made of bamboo, they are super slim fitting (no bulk between the legs ) and no problems getting trousers up. It is very easy to get a snug, but not too tight fit, and the on size all in one system is very flexible as there are poppers to adjust the size. One lot of velcro to fasten makes nappy changing a wriggly toddler almost easy! The pop ins wash well and dry quickly still retaining their lovely softness both inside and out. My only regret is that we couldn't get them sooner! Will definitely be using them again.

After trying lots of reusable nappies, this system is by far the best. One size fits all with its clever popper system and I love the softness of its bamboo insert which comes out easily for washing. The colours are cute and they fit my baby snugly so I haven't had any leaks. I use the night time booster pad as Susie does wet lots at night especially as she is teething. I bought mine from Waitrose - they do a trial pack of one nappy but you can also get them on-line from Close Parent (www.closeparent.com

Bought one as a trial from Waitrose and used once, then noticed when I was holding DS that there seemed to be a big hard lump in the middle of his back and he didn't seem comfortable, so undressed him again to find out what it was and realised it was one of the poppers to attach the insert. A lot of reusables have poppers on the front which don't really get in the way, but these have big ones on the back and I would certainly never use them again as looked so uncomfortable - I wouldn't be able to sleep with something like that sticking into me so I wouldn't expect my baby too. I think it is a very poor design.
