I had read several reviews on reusable nappies prior to buying. It seemed that the Tommee Tippee Cotton Bottoms had the best review, so I decided to buy the birth to potty pack. I bought this from the Tommee Tippee Website as they were actually the cheapest (Igot them for half price). Firstly, I actually fould the instructions on how to fold them difficult to understand. After several attempts of putting one together, I think I got it right. Generally, I found the nappies absorbant, sometimes even more so than disposables! They do save money and are so easy to clean, no pre-soaking or 90deg wash needed! On the downside, I find the velcro sometimes scratches my baby's skin which makes her tummy sore. Also, now she doesn't lay still during nappy changes, I find it hard to get a disposable on her,let alone a reusable! I will def use them again when the time comes for potty training.

a 'work horse' nappy - strong, durable, no frills, good at night, washes well and can be washed at 60. A Nice big wrap which goes over shaped nappies as well.

A bit bulky, and DS doesn't look hugely comfy in them, although he has not complained!

i found theese much more difficult to use than the shaped nappies i have and my partner was totally confused by them!however now that i have got to grips with them and my daughter is older(6 months)i find them very good as a night time nappy as they are so thick and absorbant

I hated these, practically put me off reusables for life. DS1 leaked every time he used one. Checked technique but it wasn't us, they just weren't up to the job. Pity I only found this out after I bought the birth to potty pack.

I really loved cotton bottoms, especially the wraps as they aorked with every nappy i bought. cotton bottoms pre folds are versatile and absorbant, they are a bit bulky but i think worth it especially at night, i never had any leaks on my son. I used these nappies along with a few other brands for over 2 years and they looked as new when he potty trained.
