I used these for the first 6 months, right from the time he came home from hospital and they were great - really easy to use (aplix version) and almost never leaked beyond the wrap (motherease Airflow). The only issue is time to dry and also they get crunchy if not-tumbled, so we decided to tumble-dry them (took about 60min then a little time on the radiator). So have changed over to Totbots revolutionary Fluffle instead (see separate review).

I use the nappi nippa versions, which require a teeny tiny bit more dexterity to do up when you first use them, but after you've done a few they are just as easy as velcro or poppers. Slightly bulky so no slim fit baby jeans (!!) but they do the job well.

from 3ths onwards (or less with a fullterm baby) tots bots is hard to beat. practically bomb-proof with a breastfed baby and fully absorbant during the night. tots boosters are the best pads to boost nighttime nappies. mine have lasted 5 years with only a few casulties!
