I've been a committed real nappy user and love shaped nappies but have recently tried terries and taken them on a fortnights holiday and i have to say they are fab. They wash easily, dry quickly and can be used as a towel or a change mat, as well as a nappy.

At the end of the holiday my husband suggested that we sell our shaped nappies and stick with these - so they must be good!

the classis cloth nappy! terries are very cheap, and once you have got the hang of folding them they are easy to use. Containment may not be fantastic on breastfed baby poo... but a good wrap will keep it all in!

If you can learn how to fold them so they don't fall off I expect they're great. But I didn't persevere. Shaped ones are easier!

Brilliantly cheap and so very versatile, can be used as floor cloths when kids are all grown up.

dry quicker than any other reusable nappy, no need for a tumble dryer, 1 size fits all, can easily adjust padding to suit, difficult to find place to fold nappy when using public changing facilities
