Not very reliable on heavy wetters, and they don't dry very quickly either. I use them as a backup, in case I don't have any other nappy available.

Works out quite large on a newborn, but by 2 months or so it fits beautifully, has a range of popper fastening options to get a perfect fit. With the additional booster the absorbancy is good, especially, i find, in the organic version.

Really easy to use. More reliable for keeping in poo than any dispoable I have tried. Now being used for Baby no.2 so very economical. Dry easily because wrap, nappy and booster come apart and dry flat.

Motherease one size nappies are great as one size really does fit all, and they virtually never leak even with runny breastfed poo! The taydry version costs more but is super, though the basic ones work fine too, and theres a snap in booster for whewn baby gets over about a year. They work best I find with Motherease popper (airflow) wraps. My only other advice is that different baby shapes suit different cloth nappies so try lots before you get a whole set of anything if you're thinking about cloth - resale values on ebay are good enough that you can make half your money back on most makes.
