Tip of the day

Pat down your primary-school child when they come out of class. So much easier to give the teacher's mobile phone back at the schoolgate than have to answer it later when she rings to find where it's got to. cabbagewhite

Fab product, which we bought second hand when DS1 was 24 months and DS2 was two months. In our opinion a double buggy was essential as DS1 was a runner awayer!

Huge basket so I was able to do a bit about town with both of them with them in the buggy. I would not have attempted this with one in a reins and one in a sling.

The Powertwin was SOOOOO easy to steer, turns on a sixpence and lots of people asked what I thought of it for themselves/ daughters etc while I was out with it. It has a foot brake and a disc brake which was so handy for contolling it down the steep high street in a nearby town.

I bought this buggy 2nd hand and it has proved to be fantastic for me and my girls. I have a young baby and a toddler and wanted a side by side as the tandems are too hard to use for me as the weight is too front heavy. The duosport is very well built and feels very secure with bothe my girls in it, it also is very light to push and turns easily. Its quite easy in and out the shops although I have found myself stuck down a couple of ailses! The seats are well padded and there seems to be plenty of room for my toddler, good seat recline too, and my favourite bit is definately the shopping basket its huge and set high so you can get tonnes of shopping in it! I think this buggy runs rings around a lot of the more expensive brands, I've had a twin aria and a herqules and an othello tandem and this beats them all hands down.

This bargain buggy is "easy to manoeuvre" and has an "ingenious folding mechanism - perfect if you're on and off buses". It also "fits through most doorways" and is portable: "I can carry it containing my two children up three steps into my house". Everyone raved about the "huge shopping basket". Although not the best choice for newborns: "It doesn't recline completely flat". But it's perfect for two toddlers: "It's the lightest to push with two year old twins". "For the money, it's brilliant, it's lasted really well".

Although it's a bit heavy & cumbersome, it looks nice & it's lasted me well.
