This is a cloth seat with velcro which you fasten around your baby and the chair to stop them falling off. I've used this in my highchair at home when my baby was too big for her bouncing cradle but not able to sustain sitting up long enough for a meal. Brilliant. I also use it on holiday when no highchair is available. Great if you want to travel very light. It realy does fold up small enough to fit in your changing bag.
