Admittedly we have a slightly older model as a hand-me-down but I found this chair to be very disappointing. It is pretty expensive new and, although it is definitely very comfortable for the baby, it is a nightmare to clean. There are just endless little crevaces that food can get into. I found myself giving it a full clean after every meal and snack. I felt like half my day was spent cleaning it! The chair cover is not removable so can't be properly cleaned.
The other major flaw is that the tray is too high. My little boy is 9 months and quite tall and it is still too high for him without stuffing towels in under his bum as a booster, which then makes the straps too tight across his lap.
All in all, not great. We've just bought the Graco Tea Time as a cheap replacement and it is a million times better. And the covers go in the washing machine!!

I bought this as I wanted a chair with lots of support. It is very padded and comfortable but very bulky!
I found it a nightmare to clean properly and if I had my time again I would go for a cheaper chair with not so many bits that food can get caught in. However I did like the adjustable height and the double tray. Not worth the price really.

I love this highchair. It's really padded and my daughter seems to find it comfy. The reclining seat means it's easy to put your child in and out without removing the tray and I think the double tray idea makes it much easier to clean. The only downside I've found is the straps can't be removed and I'd love to put them through the washing machine!

excellent for leaning backwards when baby first starting to use, easy tray pull off to clean. but straps a real pain - mine don't click together easily and are stiff when taking off, even though have used it lots (2nd child now using!)
