Basics on this chair are fine, it folds easily the tray comes off completely for cleaning, and it is sturdy even with bouncy 2 year old in it. There is a tray underneath which is useful for bibs etc but does seem to catch a lot of food bits. The problem we have had is that the cushion cover keeps ripping as the seams around the belt buckle are too weak. This has meant in the 2 years we have had it 2 seat cushions have been completely wrecked by normal use. They are £25 to replace and when I complained to the customer services they were awful. Dug their heels in and basically implied I was doing it on purpose, reufsed to replace the cover free of charge. There is a 6 month warranty on their products, if any part of a m and p product starts to go I would photograph it and get on to them immediately as they have been so unpleasant to deal with.
