This chair is ideal - as a matter of fact - my kids are old enough now to have the front bar off both and I frequently find myself sitting in it typing reviews/notes for Mumsnet!

I love this chair. Obviously it's a great design piece but it's also so practical. It fits under the table so is hardly noticeable, unlike a huge plastic thing but the best features are 1. baby likes to be at the table and is learning all the time by watching everyone else 2. it's so easy to clean. The only downside I have found is that because my son is tall, even at 6months, we have had to lower the seat to get him in and out easily - this means he is sitting a little low at the table. It doesn't seem to bother him though! Value for money - very high because the resale value on Ebay is incredible.

I love it. Neat, stylish, attractive but best of all my baby is at the table for every meal with us with no big tray separating us. My only criticism is that you have to unscrew bits of it to get the cushion off to wash it. Other than that it's perfect!

Love this highchair and found my baby could sit well in it before he could sit independently. He sits up to the table with us at meal times so not bothered about the lack of tray. Worth shopping around on the internet for some good savings as one site promises to price match!

Just to add to what other people have said...I have put my son in his from 12 weeks (okay he is a biggish chap). The 'close fit' of the safety cross bar, and the cushion - if you have invested in one - means that baby does not slide down. My son loves being up high at the table with his big brother even though he is so small. Happy as Larry in the Stokke chair even though he has to work a bit harder to keep himself upright - whereas if we put him down in the bouncer when we were all at the table he would fuss.
