something cheap that makes life so much easier; easy to use & it works: stops you having to have a pile of nappy bags everywhere

We had one of these bought for us but I've always used washable nappies. My advice would be to check with the parents if you are thinking of buying this as a gift.

I had one of these - to be honest, it was quite helpful at first & does hide smells but the refills are expensive. We soon gave up using it & put nappies straight in the bin!

I am personally not keen on these at all. They are bulky, and you need to buy cartridges for them to continue using them. I think a good gift is one which doesn't have to be topped up so if someone has specifically asked for this and you don't know them well enough to question their judgement, then buy some extra cartridges too.

Make sure the recipient will not be using cloth nappies and indeed has no ecological leanings whatsoever.

I would rather give someone a nice Brabantia bin which is great for supressing odours.
