A bit costly but given the environmental impact well worth the extra money. Great accessories. Look out for the biodegradeable nappy sacks and excellent baby wipes in the same range. Not always available for sale. Waitrose stock these and larger branches of Boots. Mothercare now does the Nappies in their catalogue.

they are the best choice given the worries about degradability of standard nappies while wanting to avoid the bulkiness and hassle of washables - downside is I found them too bulky for newborns and not so effective in the very largest size; they are quite stiff and can get lumpy - but the baby doesn't get so steamy hot in them either which seems healthier

The only nappy my son can use without leakage or a nappy rash! Really surprised that some mums reckon they leak and give nappy rash.

I find also that I have to change him much less frequently using this brand.

And of course there is the added advantage that they are a bit better for the enviroment.

Shame that they tend to be a bit more expensive though.

Definitely eases your conscience as you see your rubbish piling up. Smells and feels much more natural than some of the leading brand disposables (especially the newborn ranges) although now the babies are getting bigger they do feel slightly bulkier than pampers for example. They have always managed to contain all of the explosions (even when we've been waiting for it for several days!) And they're nice and plain too (no horrible bright coloured animals, just some discreet little leaves!)

They're fantastic! 70% biodegradable, comfortable, and they never leak. I used to use huggies, which, in the morning, would have soaked through to his sleeping bag. I've never had that trouble with nature boy and girl. the only down-side is that they don't have elasticated tabs, like huggies and pampers, but do have stretchy backs and fronts.
