Recipe of the week

penguinmum's creamy fish pie: smoky, seasonal fish in a creamy white sauce with grated, rather than mashed, tatties on top - a meal of the highest comfort-food order.

Salve your conscience in part by switching to these disposables with 70% recyclable/biodegradable materials. They "fit well," "don't smell of chemicals" and "are as easy to use as Pampers or Huggies". If there's a downside it's their absorbency: "They do tend to fill up quite quickly and go lumpy" and "I wouldn't trust them not to leak overnight". Others warned of "persistent nappy rash" unless you "change them very frequently - more than other brands". Nevertheless: "The guilt-free choice if you go with disposables".
