When swimming take robe or poncho towel. After swimming wrap child up, hand over a drink/snack and leave them while you dress. By the time you're ready they'll be dry and the snack will keep them quiet. NeatFreak

I love some of my 'celebrity' cook books - Nigella, Delia and Sophie Grigson - but this is the one that I go back to time and again. Clear, useful advice on all the basics and loads of straightforward recipes which are ideal family meals

This is the most comprehensive cookbook that I own. If I could only have one cookbook, this would be the one that I would choose.
