Healthy & delicious food! Finally! Not full of cream, fat and hard work either. It follows on from the 'f word' series and includes lots of the recipes used - so even a celebrity can cook! Covers breakfast to dessert with a section for healthy kids meals. All the recipes seem easy and the ones I have cooked were great. The wild rice and basmati salad with smoked ham was raved about for weeks after I served it at a summer party. Well thought out and easy to cook healthy recipes. Well done Gordon!
