Tip of the day

When swimming take robe or poncho towel. After swimming wrap child up, hand over a drink/snack and leave them while you dress. By the time you're ready they'll be dry and the snack will keep them quiet. NeatFreak

Having 2 Coeliacs in the family this book was a godsend with great recipes that everyone enjoys. A joint effort by a chef and a nutritionist which creates meals that taste great - no more compromising on taste! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has to cater for coeliacs or anyone with a wheat intolerance.
