Supplier says

The Philips AVENT ISIS Manual Breast Pump includes 2 AVENT Bottles (125ml/4oz). Mums can express directly into the container which can then be used with the Airflex Feeding Bottle for easy feeding. The pump works quickly, gently and quietly without the need for motors or batteries.

Reasonably easy to work. And to be honest easier than the electric one I tried. Avent bottle compatibility a plus.

This piece of kit was my lifesaver at a time when my baby was on life support for a month and I had to express milk to feed him - I used the hospital pumps for a while but felt like a milking cow! The avent hand pump was so much more personal, quiet and I very quickly got used to expressing which made me feel useful.I carried it everywhere, so easy to use and produced so much more milk than even the big hospital pumps. Yes I needed two hands aswell, (big boobs..) but it was fabulous. I even wore it out it got so much use and bought another! I continued using it for his full feeds as he could not breastfeed for at least another 2 months.

Like some of other mums found this a little challenging to put together at first but once I got started had no complaints. My baby would not breastfeed so had to express all feeds and found the ISIS to be quick and easy to use (even better than the hospital pump).
