Supplier says

The Philips AVENT ISIS Manual Breast Pump includes 2 AVENT Bottles (125ml/4oz). Mums can express directly into the container which can then be used with the Airflex Feeding Bottle for easy feeding. The pump works quickly, gently and quietly without the need for motors or batteries.

a good pump, very easy to use and to put together. However, I would say that if you're going to express more than occasionally, you should buy an electric one as it gets tiring to pump all the time and you can't do anything else. If it's only to express once in a while, then yes, a great product.

I found this almost impossible to use. It was difficult to put together and then I really couldn't get any milk out. Don't know if it was my smallish boobs but I found the whole thing really disheartening and gave up expressing. Have since used a different pump and found it much, much easier. For me this pump was useless.

This pump does the job, but if you're going to express for any length of time, get an electric pump. I used this for 7 months with DS, and true, it did the job, but like another of the reviewers, I developed repetetive strain in both wrists. It is great that you can sterilise it and then take it out with you (handy if your baby won't latch if you're too full.) I found that after a while the little disc which forms the seal kept falling out while I was pumping - Avent did replace this for free though when I rang them. It is quite fiddly to put together, especially if you're trying to keep things as sterile as possible. All in all,I think it's a good pump for occasional use, and you can't beat the price.
