A fun and interesting read. The characters are well developed and there is a real sense of humour pervading the book, although it does tend towards the slapstick occasionally which I found irritating. There were some great twists in the storyline which I hadn't anticipated at all and set it apart from many romantic light reads in the same vein. I liked it so much I am now reading all the books by Catherine Alliott I can get hold of!
