Tip of the day

Holidays. Always pack a jar of vaseline. When the sand / sea combination makes swimming trunks chafe it works wonders. inthesticks

Quote of the week

LadyBiscuit on the power struggle of play: "If I ever attempt to join in I am driving the train the wrong way round the track, using the wrong truck on the back of it or committing some other heinous crime. What they should say is, 'Mummy, I want to boss you around for a bit. Please come and sit on the floor where I am in charge of the world'."

Recipe of the week

smithy's roasted beetroot: low-fat, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and generally nutritious and virtuous. This one-dish wonder is delicious and uses up some seasonal beets. What's not to like?

The design of the Traveller S2 is remarkably simple, making it an ultra-compact and lightweight carrier that is perfect for travel. With its slender frame and minimal features, the Traveller takes up very little space and can be taken as carry-on luggage on a flight. The Traveller comes with its own protective carry-case.

After reading all the MN reviews we chose this backpack for our daughter. Truthfully I've never warn it but my (full time Dad)husband and daughter absolutely love it and use it weekly to explore locally.

I used my sister's Littlelife Traveller on the weekend. It was worked really well and is just a compact version of the larger carriers. It was comfortable for both myself and her son Isaac and we walked for the best part of three hours!

When we first got Traveller we where quite surprised at the size and weight. because as the name would suggest its not very compact for travelling or light. When we put Little tom into the pack he wasnt very happy either due to the 2 buckles that were attached under his bum. also his legs were rubbing against the two upright frames which left red marks on his legs near his knees. After 1 trip out we took ours back and exchanged it for a different brand with much more padding. maybe we wernt adjusting it correct. we did follow the instructions but just couldnt get him comfortable inside it.

As a compact version of the larger carriers, I thought this worked really well. Top marks.

We bought one of these when we decided to take a city break with the little one. It was absolutly superb. There is no way we would have been up and down all those steps, in and out of shops with a pushchair.

Littlelife have made an excellent quality product which is comfortable for both myself and Anna - and it gives us so much freedom. Anna was giggling and literally shouting for joy. Highly recommended.
