Putting it on takes a bit of getting used to and will probably be a 2-man job at first till you get used to it, however the comfort factor is the thing, it's soooo comfortable.

It was great on hols to as it packed fairly flat and was often a welcome.substitute for a pram/buggy.

A word of caution though in very hot weather, your baby can get overheated as he/she's next to you and enveloped in fabric too, so keep a watchful eye.

A real pain to use if you are on your own, but can be done with a small baby and a bit of practice.

By far the most comfortable to use when tied correctly (compared to conventional snap shut slings).

A lovely choice of colours.

Can't imagine using it beyond about the first 6 months (at a push)because it just becomes too hard to hold the baby in the right position whilst fiddling with the ties.

However, having mastered the technique would never go back to the Baby Bjorn which is like lugging round an unwieldy sack of potatoes by comparison.

Fiddly straps, but I quickly got used to putting it on by myself. My first daughter loved it- used it for ages, until we switched to a side sling- invaluable. My younger daughter also loved it. If you can get one second-hand, the one I had had been used many times before I got it and it was great- washes well! Neither liked the carry on the back position very much, mostly liked forward facing as they got older.

A really comfortable sling that is practical as is machine washable. Good from newborn onwards. Once you get used to the straps it is a real winner.
