Can be a bit tricky to learn how to put on, but once I'd got the hang of it it was easy - my baby-less friends were amazed by how quickly I could be ready to leave the house and my son spent most of his time in it asleep. I used it around the house doing the washing up etc as well as out and about and never had any back problems. Also comes in a good range of colours.

Wonderfully cradles a newborn snuggly, but also great for baby to look out. Soft washable fabric. No metal zips/clip - great for the airport when pushchair in the hold! Really, not very difficult to put on by yourself, don't be put off by the long straps. Only looked at instructions the first time in each position.

Once you get used to the tying technique this has to be the best sling available, as recommended by yoga teachers and back-care professionals. Do not be put off by the long ties, you will soon be a dab hand and onlookers will gasp in wonder as you appear to be creating a macrame plant-holder for your child! The other amazing feature of the wilkinet is your ability to take it off while the baby is asleep, unlike those where you have to lift them out. You can also take much heavier children than the other slings (although I haven't tried this personally!)

After 2 pevious slings that my daughter didnt settle in, this one worked a treat and is much easier to put on than commercial slings.

Absolutely love it!! It's easy to use and is sooo unbelievably comfortable. Easily out-shines any other carriers I've used.
