This is the most comfortable baby carrier I have tried (out of 8!!) and if you want to (or find you have to) carry your baby for long periods it's the very best. It's a bit of a fiddle to get on, but you do quickly get used to it.

What a nightmare! I thought this would be a good product, but was severely disappointed. My son was large and heavy, and no matter how I tried, he just kept slipping off the leg support bit. Also I just couldn't support him high enough to tie the sling into the correct position. It took several minutes to try and get him tied in properly, and he had always begun to slip out within another minute or two. My son hated it too. Would not touch this sling again with a barge-pole!

Awful , you need a First Able Seaman's certificate in knot tying and I defy anybody to put it on by themselves and secure a wriggly baby at the same time. I think the strap that goes between the legs is too thin as well. There is no support from the back rest and the whole thing seems insecure. I think it's very over-priced considering it's made up of fabric only. I've abandonded it and borrowed a Baby Bjorn instead, which is miles better.

The Wilkinet baby carrier is so comfortable - if they made an adult one I'd want to be carried in it myself. Both our children loved being carried high up next to us. Because it didn't drag on our shoulders it means we could use it for hours on end - if baby was tired they slept in it, if they were active they saw the world in it. It's one of the only baby products that I recommend to every expectant mother I meet. It's a little more expensive than some of the wraps or one-shoulder slings, but certainly worth it.

comfortable, and great for a newborn - mine fell asleep instantly whenever I put her in it.
