Super conmfortable for both of us and adaptable. The inconvenience of getting it on and off are far outweighed by the benefits of it! Highly recommended

i found the wilkinet invaluable with my born, because you can wear it as tight or loose as you like which is a great comfort to the baby and you,i would wear it round the house when i was trying to get my little boy to settle, its great for bonding as they love just being that close to u, and once they are a litte older the wilkinet can be used as a side sling and a back pack which my little one loved,i'm six weeks off the birth of my 2nd baby and can't wait to start using it again.

You have to learn to use this but its not hard - it only took me a couple of practices. Only disadvantage is that you need to lie baby flat to put it in. This can be difficult if you're unloading from car seat fro shopping trip (car back seats are NOT flat!!)

So soft and comfortable to wear, and it holds the baby against you really snugly. I bought one of these after borrowing a friends' on a long walk to a pub on a hot summer's day - my daughter was only about six weeks old and really fractious, and she loved being carried in this. After buying one I never looked back and used it pretty much every day until she was about six months old. I also think they look lovely - ours is raspberry cord, and I was always being complimented on how nice it was. It doesn't take long at all to get used to putting it on - I was quite confident after trying it at home a couple of times. I did find though that I needed to readjust the straps and re-tie it quite frequently. It's great that it can be machine washed - and always came out looking as good as new. Can't wait to use it again when I have another baby - and would definitely buy a Wilkinet as a present for pregnant friends.

This saved me! My son had colic and wouldn't be put down between 5pm and 1 am so I've worn it a lot! The first time you put it on you're not sure because you haven't pulled it tight enough but after that you're away. Only draw backs...can't be put on or taken off in a rush i.e. no point for 5 minutes and I don't believe you can breatfeed while wearing Wilkinet (yes I know it says you can but I'm stumped!). Very comfortable and much better for little hips than other models!!!
