I have a four-week old and find this very useful for short trips to the newsagent and other places the pram won't go or where there are too many steps. I'm planning to use it on the tube and buses too. My daughter sleeps quite happily inside.

I used a BabaSling with my baby and practically never took it off.

I tried a couple of baby bjorn style front carriers but then read an article about the possible health issues to a baby's spine when using these types (scary stuff!). , I also tried a wrap style carrier but all the material wasn't very flattering and really complicated. I then was recommeded a BabaSling by a my midwife who seemed very knowledgeable.

I can highly recommend this product especially to any first time parents as it makes life so much easier. While there are other carriers this is surely the best I have used.

I love my Baba Sling and so does my son. Sadly he didn't last in the lyining down positions too long. It is very handy to keep in the car - I often use it for quick trips places, much easier than getting the buggy out. Also great for trips to the supermarket, when he was too small to go in the trolley. DH and I can both use it - although he needs help getting the baby in and out (could just be a man thing!?!). Have used it when my son's having a wingy day so that I can get things done. I have a painful shoulder and have no problems using this. The only negative is that if it's a hot day, we both get very warm if I use it.

Absolutely Perfect:

Have just been using "theBabaSling" now for the past few weeks with my 2 month old daughter and I wish I had it from day one. It is so easy to use (having tried a couple of nightmare carriers). The two greatest points are:

1. Comfort, I can literally wear it for hours!

2. My baby’s contentment when she is inside.

Definitely deserves a 10 in my view and if my daughter could rate it I'd say she would give it 11...

I've used my BabaSling for both of my children now and I love it. It makes you feel so close to your baby and really helps with bonding. I've found breast feeding easy and you can be a little more spontaneous with a sling. Just put it on and off you go! my babies have always slept well in the sling.
