I would say the baby bjorn is the easiest carrier to use - it's so quick to put on and you can do it all while holding the (screaming) baby. It's a great design and I always throw it under the pram in case I need it - takes up hardly any room. It's not the most comfortable tho and I wouldn't recommend it for longish walks - drags on my shoulders and hurts my back. Perhaps the 'active' is better in this respect?

My daughter quite liked it but was never super comfortable. Also the sling digs into your shoulders quite bady after a while due to poor weight distribution. Not my favourite although it's quite convenient to use with the straps.

excellent. simple to use, even possible to do on your own in the car park. only started using when she was about 5 months. v comfy, v secure. we still use it now and she's nearly 1. wide straps spread the weight of the baby well and it's v adjustable. not cheap but probably worth it.

Great carrier, but has been superceeded by the Active version - which offers bad support. Up to 3 months old (whilst they were light & small) it was great; I then stayed with it until I was lent an Active version & realised how much of a raw deal it was. Any child who is old enough to be forward facing will be too much weight across your shoulders

I have used this since my daughter was born and she was only 6lbs at birth. She prefers her arms inside then out and this is still secure. It is really easy to put her in on my own, and very comfortable. I use it everywhere even at home when i am doing the housework, i find she falls asleep almost immediatly. Also i use it if we go out to eat otherwise i dont get a hot meal, i have to sit sideways but lets me have both hands free. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
