Brilliant for newborns, very snuggly and secure and really hepled my windy baby! Good for older babies too, distributes weight really evenly over your back. Probably overpriced, but I found it invaluable, particularly in the early days and weeks.

Although this is expensive for what it is - it is absolutely worth it !! We have used ours extensively (newborn to 6 months so far) both around town and in the house. Very versatile as baby can be worn on the front facing in or out, and lying down (as shown in the instructional DVD). Can also be used with baby (when able to sit) on the side and on the back if you search the internet for tying instructions. Looks complicated to start with but is actually really easy to use. A little hot for wearer and baby in very warm weather - but I guess we don't get many of those days !!

This sling is worth its weight in gold! It may seem pricey for a length of fabric, but I would happily pay full price for one. It seems fiddly when you first see it (especially when you realise it comes with a video to put it on!!!), but after a few tries it is easy. You can carry a newborn baby securely, it comforts a colicky/poorly/clingy child, gives you two hands to hold other children, and just lets you snuggle your baby. You gain strength as you wear it, so it can last you for a couple of years!

fantastic for a newborn baby, gives mother freedom to get on with tasks and gives the newborn the comfort, support and warmth a baby craves! i think this should be part of all mothers essentials. much more comfortable than other slings/backpacks i've used.
