We really loved this sling. As a toddler, our son referred to it as his pocket. Sadly, it was not long enough for DH to wear comfortably so we bought an OTSBH that fit both of us.

Great for a newborn to curl up in but I found it felt a bit unsafe when carrying baby upright in it - not one I'd feel happy using completely hands-free.

Wouldn't have been without this sling when my second was tiny. She slept really well in there and it was comfortable for me. Now she is 10kg and much bigger, the fact that most of the weight is carried on one shoulder means that it is less comfortable for me and I tend to get shoulder ache after approx 1-1.5 hours. However, this would be the same with any baby carrier of this design and the padded shoulder strap of the Better Baby Sling minimises the discomfort.

A little expensive but great for newborns who feel very secure and snug in the sling.

I am sure that for someone of "average" height, this sling would be fantastic, however, as I am 5 foot nothing, it was a nightmare. When I purchased it, I was advised that it didn't matter how tall I was, it was all about how big around my chest was. This was blatantly incorrect. I could not tighten the sling tight enough, as I was too small, and the padding would jam in the rings. So my advice, if you are an average size person, this is a great choice, if you are not, go for the SlingEasy, which is a very similar sling, but is sized.
