LOVE the Beco Baby Carrier - beautiful, practical and comfortable. DD is 2y9m and no complaints, even enjoying the occasional cuddle in front position and still amazingly comfy! Will be in heaven with new lightweight babe - every parent should have one!

Value for money +++++

This carrier has it all - safety, comfort, beauty and versatility and absolutely value for money!!

It's great with a newborn babe (with infant insert for safety and comfort) but really shows it's value when you're still carrying a 20lb baby in the front position in complete comfort. Also, appropriately designed to ensure baby is NOT hanging from the crotch, but seated cosily and snuggled close.

You can carry an 18 month toddler on your front (for cosy cuddle, but sometimes a little 'in your face') and still surprisingly comfortable for mum/dad. Great on the back to right up to pre-school, 3-4 years.

As a mum of four and extenstive user of baby carriers and slings (don't own a pram), would absolutely, definitely recommend Beco or similar.

I just love this carrier. It does everything it promises - it really is ergonomically designed, very comfy front and back carries (for 5mo and 2yo) and it adjustable in all the right places. And it packs up small to carry with you just in case.

It's very sturdily made and comes in a beautiful range of fabrics. Although I've had to get the espresso (plain brown) for DH's sake.

They're not cheap, but they're not the most expensive on the market, and I would say they're worth the money for the comfort and number of years you can carry your kids (newborn to 45lbs).

This is a great sling, very similar to the Ergo but more feminine. I also have an Ergo that my husband uses.

It's excellent with a lovely pattern panel and is so practical, quick and easy to use. Can carry on the front, hip and back. Comfortable to carry newborn up to 3 years. Couldn't do without mine!

I've carried my newborn in it everyday since around 5 weeks of age, only done front carry with baby, not sure how easy it will be to put him in back carry.

Also carried my son (3) in it when he had chicken pox a few weeks ago and complained he couldn't walk as he had "chicken spots" on his feet. Very easy to back carry older co-operating child....
