This worked really well for us. Padded and comfortable, and easy to wash, we used this for our son until he was weaned, and about 6 months old - frankly at that point he didnt want to sit in any seat for any period of time! Again, it was useful that it reclined flat when he was a newborn and also could be used upto bolt upright. We also found it really useful to help with reflux issues. We also liked that it could rock or be fixed. However, we never used the toy bar (although we never missed it) as it was impractical and not very interesting.

This seat was great when my son was small, and he frequently slept in it during the day rather than going in his cot. It was also good once he wanted to sit up more as the seat is adjustable and we used it for early weaning. However when we tilted the seat up, we had to remove the toy bar otherwise the toys dangled in his face.

We bought this because DS has reflux - the seat has an adjustable back rest so we use it to sit him up after feeds. It's been great for that reason - and DS can also nap in it (although chair does not go completely flat). I can also see us using it as a chair when we start weaning. However the rocking action is not great, doesn't work on carpet; and the toys that come with it are fairly good, but DS prefers others. I think it's great for comfort, but not so great as entertainment.
