We bought this just as a form of peace of mind. It's great to be able to roll over and see the flashing green light and know that your baby's still moving. After 5 months we've never had a false alarm and have had it go off because our daughter had actually stopped breathing. We would definitely recommend this. The only downside is that the parent unit drains batteries exceedingly fast and it costs a lot when buying new.

Brillant reassuring product. I liked the fact that it has a reassuring green light flashing. Very few false alarms caused except when baby roles right to far edge of cot. Quite expensive.

Wouldn't be without it.... haven't used a monitor at all with this baby - until he decided he wanted to sleep on his front. We weren't prepared to do this unless had a sensor monitor for obvious safety reasons. Last night the alarm went off - and when we went in, the room was over heated and so we think it was a genuine alarm.

This is well worth investing in - for peace of mind. this is 3rd baby. The other 2 we used standard monitor... however so so glad that we have bought this one.

Very pleased with this product. It's reassuring as i have had afew times when my son has momentarily stopped breathing. Apparently this can be quite normal but i'm glad i knew about it as opposed to not knowing about it.

Can be annoying when the alarm goes off because the baby has moved out of range but still well worth it.

Chews the batteries in a day, even if just used for a couple of hours at night. The feedback is dreadful. Sometimes alarm sounds for no reason. Very sensitive mat though that used to pick up baby on cot top changer.
