Ingredients

Amounts below are roughly for a shallow bowl (diameter 20cm). Serves six if served with fruit.
284ml double cream
300 Greek yoghurt
75g brown sugar

Handy Hint

Serve with Baked Spicy Aromatic Plums

Method

Mix together cream & yoghurt & beat till fairly (but not too stiffly) thick.
Pour into the bowl.
Sprinkle over the sugar, cover with clingfilm and leave somewhere cool for approx 12 hrs, or better still 24 hrs.
