Ingredients

2 wraps
1 leek
1 carrot (grated)
1 onion
1 pepper (red or yellow or both)
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
100g of crumbled feta or more

Handy Hint

I also add some sweet chilli sauce on the top of the mixture before putting the other wrap. Yummy !!!

Method

In a wok:
Put olive oil
Brown the onions
Add the rest of the veg
Add the garlic
Mix
When it's cooked put the mixture on a wrap
Add the feta
Add another wrap on the top of the mixture
Put it in oven for 5 mins
Et voila!
