Ingredients2 x185g tins tuna 3oz grated cheese 500g pack puff pastry |

MethodPre heat oven to gas mark 6. Drain and flake tuna and mix with the cheese. Roll out pastry thinly until about 16in square and cut into 4in squares. Put a dollop of tuna/cheese mix in middle of each square and dampen edges of pastry with water. Fold edges across to make triangular pasties,pinching to seal the edges. Brush tops with milk to brown. Put in oven for 10 mins or until golden. | |||||||||||||||||||
