Ingredients

Pack of puff pastry
Cheese
a mixture of veggies such as onion, mushroom, pepper and courgettes, thinly sliced.

Handy Hint

Method

Roll out the pack of puffed pastry into a big square - place on a greased baking tray.

Grate cheese all over (can use a mixture of cheese or just cheddar).

Place in oven for about 10 minutes.

Push the air out and then cover with the chosen veggies and put back in oven until golden.

Serve with salad.
