Ingredients250g block halloumi cheeseVariety of veg - eg red onion, mushrooms, peppers, cherry tomatoes, aubergine |

Method1. Cut cheese and vegetable into good sized chunky cubes2. Thread on to kebab skewers 3. Once all the kebabs are complete, drizzle the lot with good olive oil and chopped fresh (or dried) herbs 4. Grill on BBQ (or on a hot frying pan) until ready - the cheese holds its shape and is yummy | |||||||||||||||||||||
