Ingredients1 cauliflower, chopped
295g can condensed cream of mushroom soup
150g (5.5oz)cheddar cheese, grated
30ml (2tbsp) dry or fresh breadcrumbs
Method1. Boil cauliflower until tender. Drain and place in warmed 1.2l (2pt) flame-proof dish.
2. Meanwhile, in small pan combine soup, milk and half the cheese and heat through.
3. Pour sauce over cauliflower and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Grill until golden.
5. Serve with bread.
