Ingredients

5-6 fresh apricots (can use tinned in natural juice)
250ml (8fl oz) fresh orange juice
200g (8oz) natural bio yoghurt, you can also use soya yoghurt to make it dairy free
2 tbsp flaked almonds
Nutmeg, grated
1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)

Handy Hint

It's very healthy, rich in essential fatty acids, protein, fruit and fibre - the perfect breakfast in a glass

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed.
2. Serve chilled with a few ice cubes.
