Eggy bread with cinnamon from Anon

Ingredients

2 eggs
Splash of milk (or dairy free alternative)
3 slices of wholemeal bread
1 tsp cinnamon
A little oil
Jam, to serve

Method

1. Beat the eggs together with a splash of milk
2. Add the cinnamon
3. Heat a frying pan with a little oil
4. Cut the bread into soldiers and dip into the egg mix, and fry gently on both sides
5. Once done, lay on a plate to cool and spread some jam on top

my children loved this! Was out of jam so I sprinkled icing sugar over, and served with blueberries and sliced nectarines.

both kids loved it. adding the cinnamon had them both coming into the kitchen going "mmm, yummy" as it was cooking:D

This is LOVELY all 3 of my children loved it and wanted more!!! I was really amazed my 3yr old daughter liked it as she is a very picky eater and in fact this is the first meal she has eaten without complaining in 3 weeks thank you!!!!!

Tried this at the weekend and my dd's loved it, we tried it with and without jam and preferred it without.
