Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes
Paprika
Chillies, crushed (to taste)
Olive oil

Handy Hint

This is great as a side or part of a meal. Make sure the wedges are covered in oil but not soaked.

Method

1. Heat the oven to 200°C
2. Chop the sweet potatoes into wedges
3. Cover them in olive oil, then paprika, and a small amount of chillies
4. Put them into the oven for 40 minutes
5. Leave for at least 5 minutes to cool before eating!
