Ingredients1 onion, chopped400g tin chopped tomatoes 400g tinned beans (any will do - try salad beans, mixed chilli beans, baked beans) Hotdog sausages, sliced (or cooked sausages) Dash of chilli, or whatever herbs you prefer 1 carrot or parsnip, grated Handful of grated cheese Couscous to serve (optional) |
Handy HintYou can leave out the sausage to make it vegetarian-friendly. |

Method1. Fry chopped onion in a little oil until softening, then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and beans, with the chilli powder.2. Put it into an ovenproof dish and scatter over your grated vegetables, and a handful of grated cheese. 3.
