Handful of defrosted peas and sweetcorn
1 carrot, coarsley grated
Dash of sesame oil
Dash of mirin
Dash of soy sauce
Black pepper, to taste
Method1. In a hot wok, stir fry the rice with the peas and sweetcorn quickly, then add the grated carrot and ham.
2. Stir for a couple of minutes, then crack in one
egg and stir like crazy.
3. When it's all heated through and the egg is cooked, shake in some sesame oil, mirin and soy sauce, and a grind of black pepper.
