Method1. Depending how many are eating, cut the crusts off a couple of slices of bread, then roll the slices out so they're a bit thinner.2. Butter the slices and a couple of muffin moulds, and press the bread into the moulds so it makes a cup shape. 3. Bake at 200C for about ten minutes until it starts to crimp up, then crack a small egg into each cup. 4. Keep an eye on the eggs and serve when the whites are just cooked (around 10 minutes.) 5. Serve with some salady bits Flowery eggs - cut the crusts off a couple of slices of bread, then roll it out so it's a bit thinner.
