Ingredients1 salmon fillet
1 lemon, juiced
A knob of butter
200g spaghetti (or more or less, depending on what's required)
Frozen veg (again, as required)
Method1. Put your salmon fillet in the oven at 180c with a good squeeze of lemon juice and butter, covered with foil to keep in the juices.
2. Put your spaghetti on to boil
3. Put the carrots or frozen veg covered and microwave according to pack instructions.
4. The salmon should be ready at roughly the same time as the spaghetti - mash it a bit and stir it and all the buttery and lemony juices into the spaghetti.
5. Serve with veg
